84 New San Ramon Listings in January, 2014
Even though we had 42% increase of new San Ramon listings in January, 2014, we still have less than one month supply of inventory. Below are the highlights of San Ramon listings activity for January, 2014 VS January, 2013:
The median sold price was up 15%, with $715,000 average sale price
The number of under contract properties was up 19%, 57 listings went pending for the month of January 2014. A total of 99 listings went off the market as pending or sold
The number of sold properties was up 2%, 42 listings closed escrows.
The number of new properties is up 42%, 84 new listings came on the market for the month
The number of for sale properties was up 40%, 133 listings were on the market
The average month supply of inventory was up 1%, there was 0.9 months supply
The average days on market were up 26%, 28 days of market time.
The median of for sale properties was up 9%, with $759,900 average asking price
The number of expired properties was up 667%, 23 listings had expired
