Home Evaluation

To determine the best  price of a house, the first step is to find the selling prices of homes in the immediate neighborhood that are similar in size and other features.  We always begin by looking at recent home sales that have closed escrow by no more than three months. We visit similar neighborhood homes for sale. Our comparable market analysis report (CMA) includes MLS listing detail for each active listing, pending or sold with charts and graphics of area real estate market trends.
