Alameda County homes median sold price is up 30%
Alameda County homes for sale median price is up 20%, and the median sold price is up 30%. In February, median sold price increased by a whopping $120,000, while the median for sale properties price went up $82,000.
With the spring homes selling season just started, the inventory is still at low levels despite a 2% increase in the Months Supply of Inventory. In February, 2014, a total of 1,179 of new listings came on the market, while at the same time 1,666 listings went pending or sold.
